Bootloop Fix OnePlus 3/3T After OxygenOS 4.1.0

  1. Ensure your OnePlus 3 or 3T is running OxygenOS 4.1.0.
  2. Power off your phone completely.
  3. Power on your phone by pressing and holding the Volume Up + Home Key.
  4. Your phone will boot into the stock recovery mode.
  5. In the recovery menu, use the Volume Down key to navigate to “Wipe Data and Cache” and then press the power key to select.
  6. On the following screen, use the volume down button to choose “Wipe Cache” and then press the power key to confirm the selection.
  7. Complete the cache wipe process and proceed to reboot your phone.
  8. That’s all.

That concludes the troubleshooting steps. Your phone should now boot up correctly without being stuck on the boot logo or in a boot loop. If the problem persists, your only remaining option may be to flash a clean stock firmware. In such a scenario, you would need to factory reset your device and then proceed with a fresh installation of OxygenOS 4.1.0 on your OnePlus 3 or OnePlus 3T.
